Passport applications often take longer to process than is advertised, so it is advisable to begin working on that immediately, if you do not have a passport, here is the link to begin the application process

  

Deposit and Registration: A nonrefundable deposit of $300 per person is required upon registration.
In the event that the tour does not materialize for any reason, deposits will be refunded.
A second payment of is due four months prior to departure. Remainder of payment is due 2 months prior to departure.
